Speaker of the IPTP participates in the Summit of Speakers in Warsaw
The newly elected Speaker of the International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace H.E. M. Taulant Balla is participating at the Summit of Speakers of Central and Eastern European Parliaments in Warsaw during 12-13 of July 2018.
This Summit in Warsaw will mark the 550th anniversary of Poland’s Parliamentarism and the 100th anniversary of its Independence.
Presidents of many Central and Eastern Europe Parliaments, Senates and National Assemblies, including H.E. M. Angelo Farrugia, Speaker of the Maltese Parliament and H.E. M. Taulant Balla, President of the International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace, will focus their discussions on the strengthening of parliamentary cooperation as an opportunity for the development of the Region and also the role of the parliaments in international politics.
