Global Council for Tolerance and Peace praises signing historic peace agreements between UAE, Bahrain and Israel

The Global Council for Tolerance and Peace “GCTP” praised the signing of the historic peace agreement between the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Israel on one hand, and the Declaration to Support Peace between Manama and Tal Aviv on the other hand which took place in the White House in the United States of America on Tuesday Sep. 15, 2020.

In a statement in this regard, President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, His Excellency Ahmad bin Mohammad Aljarwan affirmed that the historic peace agreements signed between the UAE, Bahrain and Israel will enhance peace in the Middle East and the world as a whole and will open new horizons for a more secure and stable Middle East in a way that would bring progress and prosperity for the peoples of the region and would achieve the common interests, in addition to facing the foreign threats and ambitions.
Aljarwan affirmed that such a historic step represents a diplomatic breakthrough according to which Israel will stop the plan of annexing Palestinian lands, and the agreements will give the Palestinian people stronger opportunities for achieving peace, particularly as normalizing relations with Israel now includes four brotherly Arab countries which are the UAE, Bahrain, Egypt and Jordan and this would strongly support the rights of the Palestinian people to determine their own fate and to establish their independent state.
President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace asserted that the Council always works on supporting whatever would promote peace and tolerance around the world with the aim of drawing a more secure and peaceful future in a way that would achieve development and decent life for all the nations of the world.
