The Presidents of the Egyptian Parliament and Senate praise the role of the UAE in the humanitarian and development fields

The President of the Egyptian Parliament, His Excellency Dr. Ali Abdel-Aal, praised the efforts of the United Arab Emirates, especially at the humanitarian and developmental levels around the world, as well as the role of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace in supporting and spreading the values of love and peace around the Globe. This came during the reception, today, of the President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, H.E. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Jarwan by the President House of Representatives, H.E. Dr. Ali Abdel-Aal.
For his part, the President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace praised the support for Peace, of the Arab Republic of Egypt headed by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. He presented the current membership of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace that includes more than 75 countries from all continents, in addition to the regional offices distributed around the world.
Al Jarwan also presented the Council’s activities and its collaboration with many international organizations with the aim of raising the values of tolerance and peace, as well as the cooperation with more than 65 universities from all over the world and their academic activities in support of the Masters and Doctoral programs in the fields of peace and tolerance.
In the context of facing the Corona crisis, Al-Jarwan said that the council has formed an international committee to provide help to different countries, pointing out that cooperation has been made with many international organizations through strategic projects.
Al-Jarwan stressed that the choice of peace and tolerance has become a necessary demand in the world, and that the Council is working on spreading these noble values, and he added “ The Council cannot stop the wars, but it works to besiege the hotbeds that spread corruption and cause wars in many countries of the world.
At the end of the meeting, Al Jarwan presented the Council’s publications, covering the structure and the achievements of the Council, in addition to the efforts of the Council during the Corona crisis.

In another context, the President of the Egyptian Senate, Counselor Abdel-Wahab Abdel-Razek, met, today in his office, the President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, H.E. Ahmed bin Muhammad Al-Jarwan, who congratulated Abdel-Razek on his election as a President of the Egyptian Senate.

The President of the Senate expressed his pleasure for the visit, indicating that this visit reflects the depth of brotherhood and the strength of the relations between the two peoples and the special love that the Egyptian people carry for his Emirati brother, indicating that this love does not stop at the level of the two peoples, but also extends to the level of leadership, which is what we see in the distinguished relations between the two brothers, President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
For his part, “Al-Jarwan” expressed his pleasure at the assumption of the presidency of the Egyptian Senate by the Counselor Abdel-Razek, which he is qualified for, stressing that he offers in his name and the name of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace and all its members and partners to the advisor Abdel-Wahab Abdel-Razek, their sincere greetings on assuming this high position, expressing his aspiration for the joint work with the Council Egyptian sheikhs for the sake of tolerance and peace in the region and the world.
