The President of Burkina Faso receives the President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace

The President of the Republic of Burkina Faso, His Excellency Mr. Roch Marc Christian Kabore, received the President of the International Council for Tolerance and Peace, His Excellency Ahmed bin Mohamed Al Jarwan in the Burkinabe capital of Ouagadougou. The meeting was attended by the Burkinabe Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Alpha Barry.
Al-Jarwan congratulated His Excellency President Roch Marc Christian Kabore on the occasion of his re-election as a President of Burkina Faso, as the first international organization to bless the Burkinabe President for winning the elections.
The President of the Global Council for Tolerance presented the council’s efforts to spread the values of peace and coexistence around the world, that operates through its international parliament and its general assembly with various national and regional parliaments and with authorities and institutions that believe in the importance of tolerance as a tool for cultivating peace.
His Excellency President Roch Marc Christian Kabore praised the efforts of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace in spreading Tolerance and Peace around the world, and its great role in mobilizing the values of tolerance and peace among all peoples and welcomed the opening of the office of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace in West Africa.
President Kabore said that Burkina Faso supports such noble values and that the Burkini people love peace and tolerance, where all the national components live in peace.
The two parties also stressed the need to besiege terrorism and the takfiri groups that were spread in some places and are financed by dark forces.
For his part, Al Jarwan stressed that the Council is working hard to spread the values of tolerance and peace to secure a safe and more peaceful future for generations, praising Burkina Faso’s support and leadership of human values, tolerance and peace.
Al-Jarwan held a meeting with the Foreign Minister, Mr. Alpha Bari, where they discussed issues of common concern in support of endeavors to spread the values of tolerance and peace around the world.
