President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace meets the Ambassador of Rwanda to Senegal
Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to Senegal, H.E. Jean-Pierre Karabaranga, received President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, Ahmed bin Mohamed AlJarwan, at the headquarters of the Rwandan Embassy in Dakar, with the aim of discussing more ways of cooperation and joint action to spread a culture of tolerance and peace with Rwanda.
AlJarwan the Rwandan ambassador a brief presentation about the council and its various organs, the International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace, and the General Assembly for Tolerance and Peace, and their efforts to promote a culture of tolerance and peace around the world.
For his part, Ambassador Jean Pierre praised the role of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace in unifying international efforts to support the dissemination of the values of tolerance and peace, stressing his support for the directions of the Council, and the two sides agreed to coordinate a visit to the Rwandan Parliament and to submit an official invitation to the Rwandan Parliament to join the International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace.
