Mayor of Panama City grants Al Jarwan Key of Panama City

H. H. José Luis Fábrega, Mayor of Panama City, has granted the Key of Panama Cityfor H. E. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Jarwan, the President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, during the GCTP Delegation visit to Panama in order to consider means to enhance cooperation in tolerance and peace areas.

Mayor of Panama City has received the GCTP Delegation headed by Al Jarwan in Panama City, welcoming and commending the Council role to enhance tolerance and peace values in Central and South America and the whole world. Furthermore, the Mayor of Panama City has declared Al Jarwan Extraordinary Guest of Honor for the City, assuring that the Key of Panama City having granted to Al Jarwan by operation of law is considered an appreciation of his distinctive efforts in enhancing peace around the world through dissemination of tolerance values and marshaling all international efforts in various areas in order to achieve the goals of coexistence, peace, and love.

For his part, Al Jarwan thanked the Mayor of Panama City, and said: “Such an honor motivates us to work with greater effort in order to enhance tolerance and peace, commending Panama City’s support for efforts to disseminate tolerance and peace values across the world.”

H. H. President of the Panamanian Parliament, Dr. Cipriano Adams Navarro has received the GCTP Delegation headed by Al Jarwan in Panama National Assembly, assuring his State’s Parliament support to the GCTP and its International Parliament which gathers more than 80 national parliaments across the world, and is exclusively specialized by tolerance and peace support. H. H. Elias Castillo, Executive Secretary of the Latin American Parliament has received Al Jarwan and his Delegation in the National Assembly at Panama City, commending the Council’s efforts, and assuring the support of the Latin American Parliament for the humanitarian and peace-supporting orientations of the Council.

In addition, the Deputy Foreign Minister, Ms. Daira Carigo Castelero has received Al Jarwan and the GCTP Delegation, assuring her State support to the diligent orientations and efforts of the Council in support of peace.

Moreover, the GCTP President has signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Joint Work with the Autonomous University of Chiriqui to enhance tolerance and peace in educational and academic areas.
