In his turn, Mr. Ahmad Mohammad Al-Jarwan provided a broad explanation and updates on the new actions undertaken by the Global Committee in general and on the International Parliament of Tolerance and Peace specifically, focusing on the high significance of the nomination of Argentina at the Head of the International Parliament of Tolerance and Peace starting June 2019, given the regional and international status of Argentina and in recognition of this country as a major defender and promoter of tolerance and peace.
After both parties having exchanged the memorial shields, Mr. Monzo accompanied Mr. Al-Jarwan and his delegation for a visit to the Argentinian Congress Conference Room and to the other facilities of the Parliament building, bringing into attention their efforts to make available all possibilities and conditions of the Argentinian Congress to cooperate and work in close collaboration in order to reach the utmost core values of Tolerance and Peace.
His Excellency Mr. Monzo invited Mr. Ahmad Mohammad Al-Jarwan and his delegation to have lunch at the Residence of San Juan, which is a historical place extending back to 200 years. The delegation is also expected to visit the Governorate of San Juan as part of the pre-set agenda of the Delegation of the International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace visit to Argentina.
