Global Council for Tolerance" receives group of presidents and members of world parliaments
ABU DHABI, 16th December,(WAM)-President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace His Excellency Ahmad Bin Mohammad Aljarwan yesterday received in Abu Dhabi a group of Presidents and members of national and regional parliaments and members of the International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace (IPTP) from different parts of the world.
Aljarwan welcomed the visiting delegations from around the world in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the oasis of tolerance and peace, which has been reflected through the rapprochement and love for the leadership and people of the UAE which has become an example to follow in tolerance on the international level.
President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace hailed the efforts exerted by the participants and their support for spreading and uplifting the values of tolerance and peace around the world. He also highly appreciated the efforts of the members of the International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace and their continued work towards a safe and more stable world.
According to the agenda, about 70 presidents and members of parliaments from different continents and countries of the world are visiting the UAE in celebration of the Year of Tolerance, and the guests are scheduled to go in several field visits in Abu Dhabi City, including the Louvre Museum, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Wahat Al Karama (Oasis of Dignity).
