Since founding the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace in 2017, Al Jarwan has exemplified “soft power” diplomacy. Drawing from his extensive experience in parliamentary and diplomatic service—as former President of the Arab Parliament and with a background in military and international diplomacy—he established a robust institutional platform aimed at building bridges between cultures and shielding societies from hate speech and extremism.
