His Excellency Ahmed bin Mohamed Al Jarwan, President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, met with Her Excellency Silvana Koch-Mehrin, President of the Women Political Leaders (WPL) organization, and Her Excellency Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, former President of Malta and President of the Foundation for the Wellbeing of Society, in Malta.
The two sides discussed strengthening the relationship and partnership to establish cooperation and joint efforts. They focused on enhancing the role of women in decision-making processes related to peacekeeping, promoting tolerance, and building the future.
Her Excellency Silvana Koch-Mehrin and Her Excellency Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca praised the role of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace and its various bodies, including the International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace and the General Assembly. They commended the council’s significant contributions to promoting tolerance and peace worldwide.
