The Global Council for Tolerance and Peace signed a Memorandum of cooperation with the Cultural & Islamic Association
Ahmed Ben Mohamed AlJarwan, President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, signed a memorandum of cooperation and joint action with the Cultural – Islamic Association in Mauritania and West Africa in the Mauritanian capital of Nouakchott, with the aim of uniting efforts to promote tolerance in Africa and the worldwide.
The Memorandum also facilitates coordination of work, exchange of experiences and partnership in organizing scientific, academic and cultural events, conferences and forums on tolerance and peace.
The President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, participated in the opening session of the annual conference of the Prophet’s Biography in its thirty-second session in the Mauritanian capital Nouakchott on: the Prophet Mohammed’s peace be upon him ethics and their impact on spreading the values of tolerance and peace.
In his speech, Aljarwan stressed the importance of highlighting the true image of the ethics of Islam and the Prophet Muhammad and his noble biography, which emphasized the importance of tolerate, human fraternity and peace.
For his part, Sheikh Mohammed Al-Hafiz Al-Nahawi, Chairman of the Cultural & Islamic Association in Mauritania and West Africa, stressed the great role played by the World Council for Tolerance and Peace, praising the Council’s achievements in promoting and spreading the values of tolerance and peace in all fields around the world.
