Global Council for Tolerance and Peace Condemns Israeli Strike on the Holy Family Church in Gaza and Ongoing Assaults on the Palestinian People

The Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, under the leadership of H.E. Ahmed bin Mohamed Al Jarwan, vehemently condemns the continued Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip, expressing its profound outrage at what it described as heinous crimes that continue to escalate, most notably the bombing of the Holy Family Church in Gaza City.

H.E. Al Jarwan affirmed that the ongoing targeting of civilian areas and sacred religious sites constitutes a grave disregard for human values — a stance widely denounced by people around the world. He stressed that the assault on a place of worship sheltering families, children, and persons with disabilities is a direct affront to human dignity and a violation of all internationally recognized religious and humanitarian principles.

“These criminal acts must come to an end if the world is to achieve peace, security, and stability,” Al Jarwan stated. “Such aggression only fuels conflict, sows hatred, and perpetuates violence, undermining decades of efforts by the international community to safeguard humanity and promote peace, stability, and development.”
He reaffirmed the Council’s unwavering commitment to the principles of peace and tolerance, and its noble mission to protect civilians and uphold human rights, justice, and mutual respect among nations and peoples.
In closing, H.E. Al Jarwan reiterated that the Council will never shy away from speaking truth to power and amplifying the voice of justice and peace. He called upon the international community to awaken its moral conscience, break its silence, and urgently pursue collective action to end the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza and secure a comprehensive ceasefire that protects millions of lives.
