The Jordanian Minister of Political and Parliamentary Affairs, Eng. Musa Al-Maaytah, received His Excellency Ahmed bin Mohamed AlJarwan, President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, in his office in the Jordanian capital, Amman, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs, Dr. Ali Al-Khawaldeh.
AlJarwan reviewed the latest efforts of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace around the world in spreading the values of tolerance and peace across all fields, praising the role of the Kingdom and its wise leadership in supporting the endeavors of tolerance and peace around the world.
For his part, Maaytah praised the council’s efforts in promoting and spreading the values of tolerance and peace around the world, stressing that the Amman message, with its contents, represents the essence of tolerant Islam and the values of tolerance, moderation and moderation. He indicated that the outputs of the Royal Committee for the Modernization of the Political System focused on pluralism, diversity and respect for the other, stressing the aspiration of the Jordanian government for more cooperation and joint work with the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace.
AlJarwan had met with Lawyer Abdul Karim Al-Daghmi, President of the Jordanian House of Representatives, and Faisal Akef Al-Fayez, President of the Jordanian Senate, on the sidelines of participation on the occasion of the 50th National Day of the United Arab Emirates in the Jordanian capital Amman.
